Unfortunately I don't think it will be feasible to add a variant without veil, as this release will contain a few more models with veils/face masks (it's one of this set's distinguishing features). But you don't have to paint transparency, the minis will still look good with opaque veils.

Would an unveiled version be possible? I find I struggle to paint veils well.
I will probably sculpt standard horse cavalry, but a flying carpet is a great idea. I will definitely add it to a future second set.

I'm excited to get these! They look wonderful. If you do a part 2 of these figures the mounted units should be on flying carpets.
