I have been trying to relax and not stress about work, refusing to force drawing if I didn't feel like drawing - but I still feel like February was too unproductive.
Game Dev
I still haven't resumed work on the game. It is difficult to resume working on it after having to take long breaks between updates.
Perhaps we need an activity to maintain consistency, like a Game Dev Tuesday or something... But it might be hard to force problem solving into such a small window. Instead, it feels like I should be working on this every day...
I feel like this is the largest problem I currently need to fix - I must create this game.
Neglecting Elayne Beaumont
The focus on Female Link illustrations is ideal for social media engagement, but also means I haven't created many opportunities to make Elayne Beaumont content.
Somehow, I don't think a "Morning Sun-Day" will be as viable or successful; and more strict responsibilities within my creative process could lead to more stress...
Beaumont Comic Progress
The script covers 20 pages so far, but is still in Act 1. This would be the longest comic I've ever made, and it may take even longer to create once I've actually started...
I'm worried about how long it would take before you get to read this comic; pushing new Elayne content back even further. I wonder if I should instead be focusing my efforts elsewhere for the time being then...
Idea: Monthly Themes
The idea is to use the Dungeon Master tier to set up monthly themes as an alternative to sketch requests during some months in which requests are not open.
Inspired by recent events: last month's focus on Pregnant Female Links & surprising fan excitement towards recent sketches containing "multi-boob."
This allows me more freedom to create what I want without pressure, but still lets DM patrons shape upcoming art based on their interests in a more collaborative manner.
I am not yet certain of the format, but a few relevant patrons have reacted positively to the idea when shared on Discord last week. I do want to keep things loose & fun.
Misc.
I've been playing Monster Hunter Wilds - it's pretty good. I enjoyed the story a lot. But it's also taking up way too much of my time!

Definitely feels like you were quite lax in February. Though, I think you were still trying to figure out how best to plan out your future work, even if you feel like not a lot was done. Personally, I think you did great and made time to rest for yourself. Hopefully for this month, you're able to continue working on the projects you want to finish for this year, Brell!
