What an exciting day for F1 beer lovers around the world. After months of waiting, thousands of miles traveled, mountains of paperwork and significant shipping fees - we finally managed to get a hold of infamous Daniel Ricciardo micro-brew Blue Coast.
Such a momentous victory deserved an equally momentous tasting. So we got the whole Shift+F1 crew together in LA to do a live-to-tape taste test of the four Blue Coast brews (Amber, Blonde, Blanche, IPA). We also took it upon ourselves to review every cyclist's favorite energy drink Rich Energy (thanks for sending it over Kevin), because every good beer deserves a terrible chaser.
This has been a long time in the making so we're incredible excited to finally share this moment with you. Thanks so much for your support.

(1) thank you for turning our dollars into this, seconding that now I want more drivers to open breweries so that there'll be future tasting videos; (2) because I can't resist a good research project (recovering academic), I managed to find that a blue coast brewski will run you 3,70€ at the 21 Paysans grocery (tho you're likely paying the singleton tax there, that's a per-bottle amnt), or 7,00€ at La Terrasse du Versailles restaurant (bottle, not draft). having just gotten back from drinking a lot of craft beer in Dublin, that's comparable to what they charge in those parts for craft beer. anyway now I'm thirsty!
