Miguel Medina

He was nominated for his production on other artists albums. He makes beats fam lol

Miguel Medina

You gotta do the Workout Plan Remix Music Video with Mr Bently

Marco Carrieri

You GOTTA watch the Kanye documentary, Jeen-yuhs

Deon Jones

Most older music videos will only have a clean version because it was the only way to get on TV and it was before YouTube.

Deon Jones

So Kanye early productions always used voices as part of the beat. It why it sounded so soulful as well as the number of samples he used. But I’m hype to hear u listen to his first 5/6 albums

Cam

Yeah Kanye is not gonna give you no crazy flows, but indeed he made good quality music.

Scott Leeman

Graduation is waaaaay better than this

k.

Ever done a michael jackson deepdive if you’ve only listened to music for 5 years? If not, you’ll LOVE Off the wall - Thriller - Bad.

Jamie Young

Avon Barksdale lol…I think his real name is Wood Harris

Punky100

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh I love this!!!! I can't wait for you to get to Graduation. Also, if you want a different, but very similar version of Slow Jamz, please please please check out Twista's album Kamikaze. I still listen to it all the time. Also also, if you want any Luda recommendations, I have some.

Jamie Young

What made this such a revolutionary album and started Kanye’s legacy was just it was so different than what was popping at the time Rap had moved away from the conscious, soulful samples of the 80s and 90s and into it’s Jay-Z “ballin outta control” / Puff Daddy “shiny suit” era It was just a huge change back to appreciating oldies and combining it with thought provoking music. Kanye, Common, The Roots, Talib Kweli, etc were like a rap version of the Rat Pack that came along at the perfect time

Kristopher Talavera

Kanye is not that good at rapping, but he produces good like really good and has a good voice and his flow is okay, but his production helps a lot, and he knows how to like to make his voice sound good and flow the way the beat goes.

JM

Kanye was an established producer before his first album. He produced "Stand Up" by Ludacris, which was Grammy-nominated, the year before The College Dropout. Funny enough, it lost to "Lose Yourself" by Eminem 😂 You have to understand what Jay Z is referencing to appreciate his skill, otherwise you will just focus on his voice. I don't like his verse on Let Me Down tho.

Get Rich Or Die Tryin the movie

Paul Salvador Estrada

All the "crazy" stuff kanye says in 2025...you can hear in last call "one of my artist that was gonna get signed through my company went and got signed through the big company" dealing with all the higher ups shutting him down when he was trying to get signed... Hes said many times all the nazi shit is aimed at the heads of these labels and corporations that have been trying to fuck him and everyone else around him for 20+years and most of them just happen to be jewish. Whats the difference between someone Saying they hate "rap niggas" or "hood niggas" or whatever the fuck. Thats acceptable for some reason but he can't say he hates these business jews?...just some food for thought. Also like he said in "family business" outside of family, all that shit don't mean a thing. Now that he has no family he has nothing of meaning just billions of dollars and fame and his voice so he don't mind saying and doing whatever the fuck he wants to the max.

Hopefully you discover more Kanye lore through his music and symbolism the more you go through his albums through the years, could definitely open your mind to alot of things especially with some research. He’s not a top 10 pure rapper, but no doubt is Kanye in the top 10 maybe even top 5 best Hiphop ARTISTS of all time.

D1.st

That Jewish symbolism in through the wire music video hits differently, whether he’s ’just crazy’ or not, it’s clear he knew something and or had a message to tell, no matter how crazy and unhinged it sounds from his mouth nowadays. He’s not crazy, just seems very messy in his direct communication skills for his opinions nowadays unfortunately.
