You should get sum noise dampeners to help with noise complaints if they do happen, just wrap them round your room and youβll be good, or to be cheaper, you can get some plywood on a stand and put it behind and around your setup with the noise dampeners attached to them, that will definitely help, if you want an example I can message you on ig.

You can just get a carpet or some heavier material hanging on your wall and it'll absorb some sound. Or just get some noise cancellation panels and place them around the room. Won't be perfect but should suppress enough if you're not literally a wall away from your neighbor
