🕑 Added 2023-09-15 14:15:16 +0000 UTCwell we've finally made it to the end of another book club series as we finish up Dante's Inferno. along with Dante and Virgil, we've made it all the way through Hell and we're finally going to get to see the Ninth Circle and Satan himself. so strap in for a frozen hellscape, giants, various sorts of traitors, a weepy, depressed devil, and the great escape from Hell itself. then we give our final thoughts on the whole thing and wrap the Inferno up in style. we've had a lot of fun with this and hope you have too! enjoy!

Yeah the cast of characters was the fun part of reading inferno for me. Dante and Virgil's Excellent Adventure.

AND the divine comedy was written in the Florentine? vernacular. Not in latin. Dante could be a proto mark twain in this regard.
