Leo can tell what a toxic situation it is with Lisbeth. His reaction makes it seem he's aware of her feelings but couldn't bring himself to lose the only person he had aside from his family before. He does need to make things clear with her, but it is different when Mako doesn't even acknowledge Krissy existing at all for so long
