In 2003, the famous stunt artist David Blaine spent 44 days without food suspended in a transparent box above London. He didn’t need a toilet for a month and a half because the only thing that came out of his body was the distilled water he drank.
What happened to Blaine’s body? We’ll get to that, but Blaine’s stunt pales in comparison to the man who entered the Guiness Book of World Records in 1971 for surviving a year long fast - that’s zero calories for 382 days. So, how'd he do it?

The topic and the video are great, but the editing is starting to become a little much. Especially the sound effects. I don't need bells and whistles going off every second, I'm here for the information.
I am sure the video will be great, but I could not care less about David Blaine...
