Script is attached with links to sources.I actually take turmeric relatively often even though I rarely drink. It really does help a lot with inflammation so basically any situation I would want to use an advil in, I just use turmeric instead. It also helps with cheat days - you feel less crappy afterwards.

Tried this at home, worked like a charm, and felt better while drinking oddly enough. I felt more energetic.
I tried the Ukon myself and didn't feel it actually helped. Now that I know it actually has a good amount of sugar I'll stay away from it and just stick to the typical Lager beers and neat Suntory on my trips there.
