(For the record, this is not a plug for Dave Asprey's products - when I say "Bulletproof" I just mean the recipe, not his specific products)I hope this doesn't disappoint many of you as this doesn't get into coffee itself all that much (as I said in a previous post that I would be covering coffee).
Coffee is such a huge topic and while there's a lot of research demonstrating the positive health effects of coffee, it's quite mixed. I'll do some coverage on that at a a later date and get back to y'alls questions on coffee sometime soon.
