Watched this twice last night. Anyone here recommend any Amy Berger podcasts? She reminds me of Dr Rhonda Patrick. Except for the whole not being a Dr. Part. This one was really good.
The video was great and gave me an idea: I usually make the bulletproof coffee with 1 tbsp of mct oil, however it may not be economically sustainable in the long term, however I may get the same effects by using 2 tbsp of coconut oil, which is way more cost-effective, what do you think?
