I second JD's sentiment. Emily's, of course, gorgeous regardless, but with her hair like this she looks a) more feminine, like the young woman which she, underneath it all, so truly and delightfully is and b) less like the librarian, which really belies her far from "mousy", but self-assured, assertive and frequently contrary personality. Having said all that I do have to say though, that the ponytail is totally adorable too.
