Dustin I must recommend getting a pellet grill. It can do everything. I got mine a few years back. I’ve smoked turkeys, grilled burgers, baked pizzas. All with wood fire smoke and flavor. It will change your life dude.

Colin, you’re right about the peanut allergies. My son’s pediatrician told us a few months ago that they basically fucked up and caused a lot of people in the past to be allergic to peanuts. Now, they recommend giving a tsp a day starting at 6 months and then slowly building the amount up over time.
