Imo I think MS believes that FPS boost and resolution boost via backwards compatibility will carry the torch of Gears 1-3 for this generation. I think next generation we may get a collection or individual remasters.

Currently replaying FF7 Remake so hearing Jimmy saying it starts off slow to me is wild, but at the same time, Chris is right in that the series as a whole could be leaner by getting rid of dumb fetch quests.

Ah yes, Prey, the ip that was irrelevant the day it launched on 360. Yes the title “Prey” is the problem because it’s not tied to the one with the Native American. Probably the best SciFi game ever made. It’s the bioshock sequel the bioshock fan doesn’t deserve because they didn’t play it or finish it. And now the key players who made it are gone. You’ll never get an experience like it again. Good luck Ken Levine.
