Dang, Brutal Legend slipped my mind. Good call! I found myself enjoying the game less, when it introduced later mechanics, but that’s on me. I think I was expecting a straight action adventure, while Double Fine had a different idea… Still, it was brimming with character and humor. 👍

Psychonauts 2 is so good! Brutal Legend is pretty funny, that high on life game was funny but the gameplay was pretty boring

Agree 100%! My favorite comedic games, that actually made me laugh out loud, are Armed & Dangerous (OG Xbox) and Psychonauts (haven’t played the 2nd yet but own it). Do you have any favorite comedic games? 🤔

With the talk of 40k games I'm surprised no one brought up the free to play Twisted Metal-like that just came out. It's fun with friends but the matchmaking adds too many bots so I'm hoping they improve it with time

I’m supportive of the ‘Take that Back!’ of Duke Nukem. I have talked more than I should, with VGing friends, about a Duke Nukem return where he is a fish outta water, culturally/socially. He don’t mean no offense, just a product of his time. He gets ‘corrected’ in a variety of humorous ways that are NOT ‘woke’ (whatever the F that is, at this point) by characters that NEED him, and regret that need at times. Comedic value to the 9’s and it touches on generational divides in a non-judgmental way (except when it is funny, of course). 😆
