Quick edit.. no idea about the NDA stuff and I don’t much care either way so that has no bearing on my post. Idk if I’d call him a positive person, I’m sure it’s just the small sampling size, but either he can’t get on a plane because his back hurts. Btw I have 2 herniated discs and work a job where I lift, so I get it. I would love a 3D Sonic game that goes full on with speed. As someone who played plenty of the 2D ones, I felt that any platforming required pause, which is the opposite of Sonic’s nature. So, admit that platforming in 3D sucks, typically, and lean into what you do well. Which, imo, is a rollercoaster ride with welcome distractions. I am a Big the Cat fan so bring on the fishing mini-game. 😀

It’s simply an integrity thing. Look LSM is all about calling a spade a fucking spade, and in the real working world, mistakes have consequences whether you want them to or not. In the world of video game coverage, pretty much the only selling points you have as a creator are integrity and trust. I love Matty and I think he’s always brought good energy to the LSM team. I think the idea of “cancelling” someone over making a mistake - because we literally all do it - is ridiculous; however, I think the question is warranted (especially because I’m not a content creator and I don’t know how the editing process works) : How did this get leaked at all? Did you or did you not break your NDA? Again I DON’T KNOW but running to the blind defense of someone you ONLY know through the internet has the exact same energy as “it isn’t looking good 👀” . I just want to say that if you feel like Matty violated your trust as a viewer because of WHATEVER reason - that’s valid.
