Colin, I think you are mixing up the Resident Evil timeline with the development cycles. Code Veronica takes place 3 months after RE3, RE2 is the one that takes place roughly at the same time as 3. What you might be getting hung up on is that Code Veronica was initially RE3, being developed as the sequel to RE2. Plans changed and spin off title Nemesis became RE3 while the true sequel on Dreamcast became Code Veronica.

Colin, I love you brother, but you are incredibly ignorant about electric generation. Solar is incredibly unreliable, expensive, and takes up way too much land. There’s a reason besides greed why fossil fuels are here to stay for the foreseeable future: reliability. Keeping the lights on is the most important thing.
