[NEWS] Projects for this month (& for the next)

Akelun here, to share some news with you. First of all, thank you to keep following and supporting me. I want to be honest with you, since January, I think I may have become depressed... I started to feel a bit better the previous week, but I may still be it a bit anyway.
Like often, when someone is depressed, I even played like I wasn't, convincing myself everything was alright. But yeah, whatever the efforts I wanted to do... efforts to search a job, efforts to start a project or continue my recent ones, like my comics, or even to start the commissions I accepted... my mind was ready and yelling to my body to go, but my body couldn't listen. I felt stuck. Even talking about it, admitting my depression seemed unacceptable.
The good news is that I think I've started to feel better. And from today, I decided to take 2 decisions, to see if it may help me being active again AND, more importantly, to avoid to go back into depression again.
# 1 - For this month at least, I will give myself objectives. The 3 images you can see here are my objectives. In those 3 images, you can see my dragon, Keluna, almost done (you already saw this model before if you have the current highest tier), and 2 3D characters... who are indeed just one customizable character. My objective is to finish these models this month, and at least "start" an action (SFW) animation with the 2 characters. Beside, I will also, of course, work on the 3 commissions I have to make and do my best to send the 3 sketches as fast as I can.
# 2 - Some years ago, I decided to write each week a "weekly news", detailing where I was with my projects. So, in hope it'll help me to motivate me back, I will start posting weekly news again, so you'll all know what I did and what's my progression. 1st new "weekly news" message will be posted this week-end. Of course, all comments and questions are welcome. It could even be a good help to motivate me. So, feel free to talk to me. I don't bite. ^^
And I think I will stop there, because if I write a novel, I bet a lot of you would loose all interest into reading it. XP

Heh! You know me too well... Dergs stay dergs. =P Yeah. I still wonder if I really was depressed or not tbh. There are still moments when I think I exaggerated... But when I think about it with hindsight, I get convinced again it was. Don't worry, I know you don't want me to rush myself. I promise I won't force myself to make your commission, but I'll do my best anyway to not make you wait too long neither. (And good idea about DRG... Or even just calling ourselves. Has been a while. We should do it again. ^^)

"I won't bite... much... maybe... Might nibble... On second though, just stay on a safe distance :P" Depression is never a fun thing to deal with and really hard to admit if to yourself. You might see it in your friends and want to help but when its yourself you turn a blind eye and buddle everything up inside. I'm glad you starting to feel better, and I don't want you to feel that you need to rush (at least mine) commission. I won't go anywhere, I still want it done. AND, most importantly, if you need to just talk or anything, I'm on discord and you can give me a call. (And some more DRG on a weekend perhaps, I'm bad at asking myself, but if I can I will tag along :P)
