TBH rather than a reservoir tip the best way to drain your demon is to use a "milking sheath" with a suction pump and an external reservoir. And they actually exist and some porn stars who use them sometimes use both hormones and certain herbs that greatly boost volume ... but they're still well below demon volumes, except possibly for Peter North who seems to be on the order of "not very virile for a demon but ridiculous for a human."
