Turns out I'm very attached to my fictional men! A lot of comic artists are what I call "method actors" with their art, meaning they wear the expression they're drawing on their own face as they try and nail that expression on paper. And by now, I think I've engraved a permanent 11 between my eyebrows (*;´□`)ゞ

God, I remember reading back in Part 3 when Ethan was SO adamant that Al would never get a chance at his soul — at what made him, HIM. But he and Al are just two halves of the same soul… I can’t believe this is how we come full circle. 😭 I’ve been re-reading from the very beginning since you posted this because my heart can’t handle your torture right now, Asmo!

That 5th panel is just beautiful, so heartbreaking, and I'm gutted. Everything the exorcists think about demons will change after this because that's true love that Al has shown. No doubt about that.
