Someone is going to be able to very, very selectively target Joe by simply spreading around full trays of off-brand energy drinks around bins in Den Haag. I'm not sure what you could put into those cans that is worse than sun-boiled out of date D-brand energy drinks, but it's an interesting delivery method...
