While I like the patreon payment model in theory, I signed up on the 1st of june according to my email that means I do not get charged till end of month but at the same time I have to wait till 1st July before I can download and have fun with this game.

I can assure you that there is no trojan. You can search for the exact name on google. I'm sure you'll find rpg maker or armadillo software forum topics as result.

Every time I try to extract the .rar my anti-virus warns me of a trojan. Is anyone else experiencing this?

It's very hard to find a publisher when you have a game with hardcore erotic content like roundscape. Patreon is our best find yet.

First of all you'll need to wait for the 1st May. When your card gets charged patreo will confirm your account and there will be new download links.
