State of the Game - Arenus

Since we know many of you have followed our games for the story and characters, we’d like to touch briefly on the story and world design for Arenus.
After finishing up the conclusion of Roundscape’s storyline, Wildquill and I wanted to bring our next game somewhere completely different, the result is the world Arenus takes place on.
The Arena itself will be just one of the pillars of the universe.
While you go through your everyday life as a Warden, you'll encounter many different NPCs who have their own stories and problems you can help them with. Some sidequests even last through several acts and give you more adventuring and a stronger bond to the character.
Our goal with these side quests is not only to provide engaging storylines, but to reward players with tools and experience that will help their characters in battles at the Arena.
Vasdonas
Vasdonas is the planet you'll arrive on at the start of the game. Its cities are gigantic and there's a huge mix of different races and cultures living there with some groups even clashing against each other.
Vasdonas is controlled by the Jade Dominion, a government spanning dozens of star systems that keeps the peace on Vasdonas, by force if necessary. that makes sure everything stays under control and are not afraid to use force to accomplish their goals.
After it conquered the planet the Jade Dominion became the main sponsor of the Arena entertainment itself. At this time, it is unknown exactly why they became so involved in the operations in the battles and operation of the Arena.
The People
Here's some details about three of the many characters you'll encounter!
Alex
She runs the gym and is determined to turn out the best fighters in the system. You can visit her to train your gladiator for combat.
From sparring to weightlifting, she offers many activities to train your gladiator but of course for credits. Also be careful not to overwork your gladiator as physical training results in stress.
Tally
Everyone needs to eat. In Tally’s store you can buy food, drinks and more for you and your gladiator. We highly recommend not buying the stuff he sells under the table as it is often more trouble than it is worth.
Amanthi
This lovely Lojecki is owner of the popular venue called the Pleasure Cove. Many on Vasdonas visit for a drink, to enjoy the show or look to earn some credits to help finance your gladiator’s career.

lol These things take time bug testing effects and I'm sure they wanna make sure the game comes out just the way they envisioned it not like those crappy guys who get rushed to make a game and it not be like they want it to be at all. So I'll keep supporting as long as Arvus team keep's making games and, when games release on steam I'll support there as well. Keep up the good work guys.
