Thanks for the reply! Good call, actually; you're completely right that it would shift the concept and perception completely. I'm glad that you've thought these ideas through! So excited for the public release of this game. :)

This is a neat concept and has been suggested a few times, but I'm not quite sure if it really fits my vision for the game. The idea isn't to make the player feel like they are losing their sanity and beginning to hallucinate or have misunderstandings; the idea is to make the player feel like a predator, a monster, whose cute disguise is slipping off, revealing their true nature. It's a creative suggestion, though.

Hey Dev, quick question (assuming you frequent the comments on Patreon): will sanity levels influence Yandere-chan's perception of other characters, such as convincing herself that characters are saying things about her or Senpai behind their backs? I think it'd be super neat that the less sane she is, the more likely Yandere-chan is to misconstrue gossip while she eavesdrops or talks with other students, which in turn would affect her sanity even more.
