Revealing the Identity of the Mysterious Obstacle

While working on this video, I realized that the video lacked some critical information:
“Are you finished working on Raibaru?”
“When will you release a build containing Raibaru?”
“How much more work needs to be done on Osana?”
“Is there a new build today?”
“When will you release a new build?”
“There are still unfinished items on the pre-Osana checklist! Save/Load, FPS improvements, and SNAP! What about those?”
Unfortunately, I'm extremely sick right now, so I couldn't simply record some new voiceover and answer those questions within the video itself. Instead, I had to settle for writing a blog post:

This blog post might have special significance to patrons, since I talk about what stage of the game's development we're currently in, why there isn't a new build today, how much work remains to be done on Osana, etc. Please give it a look, if you're curious about any of those things!

That's an interesting thought! Once the game is complete, I'll consider adding little bonuses like that.

I think it would be better if in the game options or something there were short videos like the one at the end of Raibaru video. Perhaps unlocked after the player "Defeated" Osana (or other rivals), earning a "reward" in accessing 2-3 videos in galleries.

Even if it's taken longer than any of us, you especially, would have liked, you continue to stay true to your word and have demonstrated significant progress on YanSim in just the last few months alone. I don't think that every rival should have a direct equivalent to Raibaru; a bodyguard who follows them everywhere. I think that every rival should have *circumstances* that prevent "run up and stab her immediately" from being an option, but it won't necessarily be a bodyguard for every character.

The significance amount of progress you are making matters a lot to us . leaving out details on how to defeat the Mysterious Obstacle is a very clever idea . it's enjoyable for us the players to have to figure solutions on our own and not be told every little feature. I suppose my only question is, if osana is supposed to be a tough rival to kill and raibaru is indestructible, does this make them both quite overpowered in the game? Anyway ,thank you for always keeping us informed and staying true to the game progression . many other developers don't give us as much as you have and I truly thank you for all your dedication . I hope your health improves soon. and as always keep up the fantastic work, YandereDev.

He had made a video awhile ago saying that he had partnered with a game studio and that they were aiding him by providing a programmer. If something has changed between then and now, I'm unaware of it. There was a chunk of time between when that video was released and me supporting him on patreon so I may not have all of the information.

I'm curious who will fill in the spot for Raibaru for the other rivals. We saw the delinquents for Osoro and senpai himself for Hanako. I'm hoping for a hot doctor for the nurse but I guess we'll find out.
