I'm very excited to have experienced somatic experiencing practitioner and educator, Suki Baxter on the pod! She's one of my favorite educators in the space, and she specializes in anxiety and highly sensitive folks. Do you have any questions for her? I'll pick 3-5 for her to answer on the episode.

would love to discuss when HSP are triggered, and the emotional toll it takes vs an average person. Also ways once triggered to cope if it was an unexpected experience that previously thought was healed in a bigger way.

I’d be curious to hear her perspective on doing this work personally, in 1:1 with a client, and in 1:many group settings. As a yoga teacher in training, I’m thinking about ways to reach people in public classes and introduce skills that are accessible at any experience level.
