Low dose mystical experiences with DMT

I have had some very powerful insights and day dream like closed eye visuals from 1/2 Gram while meditating. The advantage of such tiny doses is that it doesn't interferer with your day. I have noticed however that if I have a dosing protocol of more than once per week the visuals will not occur.

I talk a little bit about the mental and physical preparation I recommend starting here: https://youtu.be/TpapjCQFfhk?t=408 Just before the trip I recommend clearing your mind, I talk about that in the above video (Low dose mystical experiences) as well as deep breathing and meditation or prayer. The music is pretty subjective, everyone will have their preference, and many like complete silence as well (I think periods of silence are good, but find music to be extremely valuable to the experience and beautiful. Anything from nature sounds, to peaceful calm instrumental music, to jam bands, or even worship/praise type music may work well. I've been at a ceremony where they played "Om Mani Padme Hum" (https://youtu.be/R-ZO7bsA2pA ) which I had never heard before, and it was really wonderful under the influence of ayahuasca. Afterwards I had to look up what it meant: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Om_mani_padme_hum#Meaning I have a funny story for you about music and DMT... one time I wanted to see what it would be like without music since some people believe you can go deeper that way - it was a warm day and my windows were open, in the middle of the trip my neighbor's air conditioner which is right outside my window, kicked on and it makes a buzzing sort of noise - unbelievably, to me, that air conditioner buzzing became a fantastic didgeridoo duet (similar to the one I put in my video)! Other people have said the crickets or tree frogs sound like a symphony to them while using DMT which I can completely believe.

As for the links, if you click through to YouTube (lower right of playing video, it should show "YouTube" which brings you there) the links are in the video description. But here is a copy: Suggested Trip Music (the selection you make is not that important, but instrumental music you enjoy is highly recommended, must be very long or put together a 1 hour playlist): Estas Tonne Internal Flight: https://youtu.be/WGTxqhSN8bE Khruangbin: https://youtu.be/q4xKvHANqjk Into an Enchanting Forest || Mystical Forest Sounds by Meditative Mind: https://youtu.be/3pGwlKjpdfc 2 Hours of Celtic Music by Adrian von Ziegler: https://youtu.be/jiwuQ6UHMQg

How do you see the link for the music you recommend for during? And could you maybe do a video on just like a recommendation for preparation up to the actual journey?
