Maybe this question has been asked and answered before but has congress ever sued the executive and/or SCOTUS for clear violations of the separation of powers? You’d think Congress would have standing if their powers were being trampled. No idea what mechanism would be employed to file a suit but I’m genuinely curious about the law and history here.
