This episode feels kind of quaint coming out after oral arguments for Case v. Montana. I ain’t a fan of quaint.

I wonder if you all could use your expertise to do an episode about how all of us civilians might could understand what our actual rights are with respect to civil and legal protections under the US Constitution or any other human rights declarations that might apply, internationally or universally. Yeah, we get it, the Supreme Court Fucking Sucks, but it's not the only thing we should focus on. How do we center the power of the people? Isn't that the most crucial question right now?
