The Carpenter's Dancer (Part 2)
🕑 Added 2023-07-24 17:00:03 +0000 UTCThis album is vulnerable for me. Some of the shapes, postures, facial expressions that came through me in this dance I seem to feel ashamed or afraid of.
It feels relevant to share these photos now, as I am entering a new relationship with movement. Remembering dance as a means of LETTING GO, and feeling a drastic shift in my experience when I focus on releasing energy & opening up to flow vs controlling my movements to create certain shapes.
My desire is to create many more photo albums & videos highlighting the embodiment of our primal nature through dance. What a blessing to be able to move & PLAY like an animal!
