for some reason i cant enter the 3rd level after i beat it the first time

when I use jessika's sword slash (basic attack) she leaps forward, hits, and then just stands there. she never leaps back into place. I have to quit out to unfreeze the game.
The Dayum Machine
Seems to be a UI bug. Not sure if it's after completing wildwoods 1 or not but after the first attempt (literally lusted to death because I suck), upgrade shops (Alf and the like) only target one party member and no others when clicking their icon, causing me to need to enter the woods, leave, then try again to upgrade the character I need to
