War criminals in hit list aint rascist, besides the japanese are still very rascist at that time. During world war 2, the japanese did so many cruel things that are best forgotten, possibly more cruel than the germans. They are rascist to all non-japanese. Koreans hate them alot too. Chinese are just more extreme since the government prpagandise it.
