Weirdly enough I feel like (ignoring the last minute with bulls-eye) this was a satisfying series finale. I like knowing that the heroes will keep fighting, but Matt learned that he can't push people away, and that being Matt was as important. It left off on a pleasant note and I wouldn't be heartbroken if we didn't get a season 4.
