Chapter 5 Update

Things are progressing at a great pace among the team, and with our new hires.
Solo has already finished Aldric, Misty, Devon, and is currently working on Vincent.
Nicholas has finished Aldric, Misty, and Devon for the upcoming excursions story. He will also be designing Devon's father, who'll be making his first appearance in the upcoming Excursion's story.
Carafe, and Perro have both finished their first backgrounds for us. Carafe is currently working on his first CG for us which will appear in Chapter 5.

Itymrno has crafted a CG for chapter 5. They are now working on backgrounds for Excursions
We've promoted Robin to art director, helping us unify our art direction while preserving the styles of each artist on the team. Robin is currently working on a background and two CGs for Chapter 5.
HYENABLOOD is working on two new songs for Ch5.
On my part the writing is going quite well and nearly finished. So it'll be over to Ytsurem soon for the first pass of editing.
Jason is working on implementing a chapter select feature to try and circumvent the save file issues of RenPy. This will allow you to choose which build to jump to, and let you pick the choices you've made so far.
Wattson is getting the new sprites programmed into the code. I can't yet promise Solo's sprites will appear in the Patreon build of Chapter 5. It's a lot of programming both Wattson and I have to update for all the builds so far. But we will try.
So everything is coming together at a really solid pace, and I'm feeling more confident by the day about getting Chapter 5 to y'all by the end of March, and hopefully let this be the start of updates being a little more timely.
Additionally in short order I will be adding a benefit to the Trailblazer tier and up. Access to full resolution files of game art. So keep an eye out for that.
We've also brought on Josh, one of our current Discord moderators, as Social Media Manager for Northern Lights. To help cook up some great posts, and engagement chances for y'all.

I was thinking while watching Nero's vids reading Northern Lights (for like the 5th time, I've read/played the VN at least 8 times), how far is Aspen Hollow from the summer camp they met at? Is it close enough for them to say, go back to the lake where they had their first true adventure? Just a thought as Aldric seems a bit like myself, having a sentimental romantic side to him. I know if i was Aldric, I'd take my lost, then found love❤️ back there. The emotional gut punch is actually making me tear up thinking about it, 😢(in a good way.)
