Helga - Plank workout
🕑 Added 2022-01-28 13:19:21 +0000 UTCHelga is at the gym with one of her friends and she decides to try to find out how long she can hold a plank position. She asks her friend to sit on her hips to add a little extra challenge.
Four hours later she is still as fresh as the moment they started.
They stay until the gym has to close with Helga not feeling even the smallest hint of being tired. She realizes it would take days or even weeks for her to feel any level of fatigue, and even though she is curious of how long it would take, she is also very bored and she can tell her friend is starving.
Later that night, she comes through with her promise, prepares him the most amazing meal and an even more delicious desert.

Wow thats hot pose and even hotter conversation! Ofc she can do a lot more. Could she do one day this test with some reasonable one armed lifting him? He, sitting on the Palm, holding him up by the belt. Or even very carefull throat lift. That would be the "Real" test...

yes, she could go a lot longer, days maybe, the only reason they stopped is because the gym they are at has a closing time. She'll probably try it again at a better location and with a lot more than the 80Kg of her friend on her hips, which honestly, to a woman like Helga, was an absolutely insignificant weight.
