I realize that this is considered 'magic'; however, even magic must conform to universal laws of physics, such as the Law of Conservation, whereby it "implies that mass can neither be created nor destroyed, although it may be rearranged in space, or the entities associated with it may be changed in form." What this means is that he can only become taller, but have smaller hips and a smaller butt, or remain at the same height, expanding with much more significant sized hips and butt.

Lana is canonically a very tall woman. Just was never a good size comparison or reference of her real size up until now.
