Something that always works for when one is sick is chicken soup since it’s relatively easy to make and highly nutritious. If you could make it the soup should help a lot to since it’s easy to eat and should keep you fed and hydrated. Ps yeah I know it’s stereotypical to eat chicken soup while sick but it’s really helpful. Hopefully this helps you and good luck recovering
