I'm also kinda confused how long this energy stay with people. Because midorya makes sense because of his quirk but the energy should dissipate with others.

I am confused about one thing how long does this energy stay in those it's changed? For Deku it made sense his whole quirk is about stockpiling power but the others just seem to have this energy in them as well in curious if it's only for a certain amount of time or as long as they indulge in it.
