This brand of serum specifically turns guys to girls but since it was in the early stages of testing, she needed a subject to test the serum hence why Colt was given a chance to be experimented on to lighten his sentence. He was given the chance to be told what the serum would do to him but he chose not to hear her out before he took the injection. Once testing has concluded, she's planning on reverse engineering it so it works the other way round too

Okay so now I’m curious, does the serum only turn people into girls or can it also turn them into to boys? Because the little blurb says it changes gender you’re happy with but 1. How does she know Colt has gender dismorphia? 2. What happens if someone takes it but they are already happy with their gender?
