I know it's just for simplicities sake, but it's funny to imagine Katie is actually a mad scientist manipulating Lola's memories.

Original Lola was Katie's daughter that passed away. Our Lola today was a boy named Evan that ingested a formula containing OG Lola's DNA. Both Evan and Lola exist as a sort-of fusion between the two mentally. They have both sets of memories.

True. Plus that weird cosplay-esque outfit. Oh, and Katie's I-have-no-hope-and-want-to-die eye bags, lmao.

Subtle detail, but I like that Lola's nose changed in-between panels. It gives the tf more credence that Lola has completely different facial features than Evan since they're biologically distinct.
