We intend to release the map before Q3 if all goes well, so within the next 6 months.

When will this be able to play? I am so excited to play it but I am broke as heck and I really really really want to play it! Sounds stupid but I would love to buy it once the map is fully playable like high round etc it looks sooooo amazing for being the black op3 engine

Unless you have already done it. You need to be under one of the paid subscriptions and join the Machina discord server then go to the tab under important that says map link and it will take you to the workshop page (only accessible via the link in the server) where you can subscribe and download the map.
