You know, when I was younger, my dad taught me to do my own research when I wanted to find the real answer to something. Well, 5 Amino 1MQ is actually a tiny molecule that disrupts the function of the enzyme called NNMT. Now you may be thinking what the heck is NNMT?
NNMT stands for nicotinamide N-methyltransferase. NNMT is actually an enzyme that acts to slow down fat cell metabolism (fat burning). Yes, it wants to make you fat!
As fat cells grow, they overproduce NNMT enzyme. This slowdown makes it harder for these cells to burn accumulating fat.
