Hi. Do thumbsticks work on both controllers? Can you move and look around? To activate the laser pointer you have to pull down the thumbstick on your right controller and hold it to keep the laser activated. Try pulling the right thumbstick down and releasing it a few times. Do you see the laser appear and disappear? Have you joined our Discoed server? You can DM us and we'll help you out.

I meticulously followed the instructions, along with the reboot of both the computer and the Meta Quest Pro headset. Any assistance in the aforementioned matter, is very much appreciated.

I am using the Meta Quest Pro and I am unable to activate and engage the right controller laser, in order to select in-game items as indicated throughout the in-game prompts?

Yes. Select a an actor with your laser pointer and press the trigger button. An arrow icon will appear above the character head. You can grab this icon to move the character around.
