I guess we watched the same episode tonight. There’s also a callback to when Roose is letting Jamie go back to Kings Landing and says to him, “The Lannisters send their regards.”

What a great episode. The one that spawned Youtube reaction channels. Upon rewatch, you'll see that there were plenty of clues that this might happen. From Kat's warnings about breaking an oath to the Freys to Rob's bannermen warning about taking up with a foreign woman multiple times, Tywin telling Cersei he's doing 'whatever I can' to get Jaime back, there are clues there, hidden beneath how happy Rob is.
