Agreed, the fight with Whiplast was so short and there really seemed to be no danger - the drones seemed more deadly. But I've learned to appreciate it more as time has passed

My two complaints about this film are still the same after more than a decade lol A, it's basically just Tony and Pepper arguing for the bulk of it which was super annoying (and I loved both Marriage Story and Malcolm & Marie so what's that tell you 😆) and B, the final battle with Whiplash was suuuuper underwhelming after so much buildup. I think this movie is HammerTech's attempt at making an Iron Man film 😆

What a great film and a great reaction. Yes, the next movie is Thor. However, there are two one-shots that take place in between: "The Consultant" and "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Thor's Hammer." I recommend you to check them out. Each of them is about five minutes long and very funny.
