S3 EP 46 Preview + Hiatus Update
🕑 Added 2022-12-17 11:48:55 +0000 UTCHello, everyone! You might already know that the series is on hiatus on Webtoon and we'll be back when there's enough buffer (around 8 episodes or so). Aside from my health, the last 13 episodes aren't fit to be made in just a week due to their complexity, so I thought it's best just to put the series on pause rather than give my readers short episodes just to meet the weekly deadline.
Back when I mentioned that my condition became chronic, some of the readers got upset because they thought that I'd be resting for a long time till I healed before I do the comic again. However, I assure you that I'm still working on the series, only at a healthier pace. (༎ຶ⌑༎ຶ)
Thank you for understanding. Also, a big thanks for staying as a patron! You're keeping our team operational, especially since a hiatus in Webtoon means we don't get paid. ^_^
Since the series is already ending, I think it's about time to answer what many readers have been asking-- "Will Mage & Demon Queen ever have a physical book?" To be honest, I held back from answering because I'm not confident with my work, and I believed my series will never be picked... But just recently, I was approached by a publisher saying they're interested in licensing the series! If everything works out then YES, there will be a printed book! Talks are still underway and have been extremely slow because of Webtoon, so please don't take this as an official confirmation of the book just yet. Let's hope and pray that the deal will all be set and done next year. Also, I heard that it'd take 1-2 years of work in the publishing house before a book actually gets out on the market, so we may have to wait a while... Until then, let's keep this a secret between all of us! ^_^

Never overwork yourself if they get angry because you need a break they should think and maybe notice if you don't take a break to rest the series will just abruptly stop, so take all the time you need

I'd rather wait and know that you're taking care of yourself and not exacerbating health issues. Take as long as you need to get the quality you feel is right without compromising your body, because unlike Malori, you've only got one and can't respawn.

Yay!! Take your time, we can wait!! Such an epic story deserves a well rested and prepared author for it's ending, no rushing! I'll definitely get a physical copy, as someone mentioned above, an uncensored version would be cool~ n.n As for the plushies, does anyone know if Kuru will open more orders? I was almost completely off-line for a couple of months because of my job and missed the pre order deadline (if anyone has second thoughts about their purchase I would gladly get them 😉).

The physical book version worked really well for Mongie’s “Let’s Play”, so I think it will work great for this too!! I would definitely pick up a copy (or two 👀) of it. I will also gladly wait any amount of time if that’s what you need to stay physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy in the process. Thank you for all the work you do for us!
