Conditional building, mainly for garry's mod users. I think that sfm users will need the wall, ceiling and floor models themselves. Only basic props like tables, chairs and sofas are used on the map.
According to the results of the vote, I left the dining table empty, all plates, spoons, forks, etc. can be found in the content.
Also, other wall options, such as a corner or a short wall, are also included in the content. (models/mark2580/ue4/christmasroom/walls/ wall_01-wall_08)
Some models have multiple skins. Firewood for the fireplace has three skins. One is not burnt, the second is partially burnt and the third is almost embers (skins have an animated effect).
Different balls/stars for the spruce also have five skins of different colors.

You can attach a file of no more than 200MB to a post. The archive turned out to be 211MB. Therefore, I left two links to choose from MEGA and Google Drive.
