I think a shield does work with shelleghle because it counts as a staff for both the wizard and the druid.

I would love to see war cleric and evoked wizard - maybe the baseline could be the average of all the classes

It was significant, but not dramatic. He scaled Scorching Ray at 2 beams/spell level instead of 1, but since SR wasn’t a huge portion of the damage, it’s not too bad.

I would be interested in a cleric doing single target. Specifically a war domain cleric. Shillelagh and true strike. Upscaled spiritual weapon. Could be worth a look. IMO
