Scrapped Date Concepts
🕑 Added 2016-08-05 22:08:22 +0000 UTC Scrapped stuff! My fav. These were extra date locations, but as you can assume, that multiplies every girl's art by a lot and in the end I found more value in spending that time on new girl content. These are horribly rough but I think they give you an idea of how each was going to look.Top Left: A date at the fair, or kitty carnival. Another option for this one was a shot of the girls riding a roller coaster ^-^
Bottom Left: A dinner date in SPACE! I thought it would be cute to the dinner floating in no-gravity... this background ended up being repurposed for Luna's (dark portal's) intro. So only half scrapped?
Top Right: A lovely picnic in the park <3 Just plain and simple but it offered a different type of mood to be all romancey with your waifu.
Bottom Right: Aquarium date! Ahh I got carried away and did he beluga cuz they're cute. I might use this for a wallpaper in the future, and have you guys vote on which character should be on the 'aquarium date' but for now it lives in the scrapped dates pile.

not to come off rude, but the dates do feel like they are missing something, :p i feel that maybe they need some sort of action other than just click to go on another date, like drag something across the screen or click on something like a spider to keep the date going smoothly, i think the carnival one would be a fun one! :) click the targets to win the teddy bear, idk. random ideas :p

More dates and experiences with the girls is always a plus! Space is awesome, picnic is adorable, as is the aquarium. Amusement parks are fun, however I don't know how enjoyable that date would be when the dates in the game are only a single splash screen, most of the entertainment of amusement parks occurs from the characters' reactions to various experiences.

I'd be okay with a date on another planet. :3 I know this rather nice played called Ragol, lovely beaches, forests, caves, dark ruins filled with an eternal evil spirit that can never be truly killed...

Dinner in space isn't fantasy enough for ya? Hehe. I would love to hear some suggestions! It's always fun to dream up more options in case I use them in the visual novel :D

That Aquarium date scene is adorable. I'm glad that you found another way of using that space scene too, it's a really cool idea. I love seeing these scrapped ideas and behind the scene pictures :D
