Excellent show guys! Loved hearing Dante "The Hot Dog Destroyer" and Maryland "Hats of Many Colors" Phil on the show and hearing their opinions on Infinity War as well. So glad I was able to catch this opening weekend without being spoiled. I loved the movie, but I knew what was coming. My wife and daughter did not. Madison was in tears when her favorite character Gamora died, and then was sobbing hysterically when Thanos snapped his fingers. The theater was so quiet, and in my head I am standing up facing everyone, laughing maniacally and calling them fools for expecting a feel-good afternoon and happy ending. I may need to relax. But holy shit what a great time this movie was, the payoff, the spectacle of it all, as Adam said, my panties may be a bit moistened. Happy nerd week guys!
Best thing about the movie is all the Infinity War crap I pre-ordered is now justified. Was worried Figuarts Thanos was going to be on my buyer’s remorse shelf.
